On the morning of July 31, 2025, in Hanoi, Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) solemnly held the 6th Emulation and Exemplary Role Model Conference for the 2025–2030 period. At the event, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) was proudly recognized and commended as a collective with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the 2020–2024 period.

Alongside the company, three outstanding individuals of PVCFC were also honored by Petrovietnam for their excellent achievements in the patriotic emulation movement during 2020–2024:

• Mr. Nguyen Duy Hai – Director of Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant,
• Mr. Pham Thuong – Head of the Ammonia Workshop, Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant,
• Mr. Tran Duc Thang – Head of the Research Department, R&D Center.

These exemplary figures represent PVCFC’s workforce—constantly striving for innovation, creativity, and excellence in fulfilling their duties during the 2020–2024 period.

At PVCFC, emulation movements are not only regularly maintained but also effectively integrated with corporate goals in technological innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation across the entire production and management system.

Achievements in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation (2021–2025):

In 2022, PVCFC contributed 209 ideas/initiatives to the “One Million Initiatives” program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

In 2024, 393 solutions/initiatives were approved in the Innovation Contest launched by Petrovietnam.

Over the 2021–2025 period, PVCFC received a total of 23 innovation awards, including: 09 Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards (VIFOTEC), 13 Petrovietnam-level initiatives, representation in the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation, as well as 04 patents and 09 utility solution certificates granted by the National Office of Intellectual Property.

Operational and Business Highlights:

During 2020–2025, the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant consistently operated safely, efficiently, and at optimized capacity, reaching up to 115.5% of its design capacity.

From 2021 to 2024, PVCFC’s export volume exceeded 1.28 million tons, generating export revenue of over USD 602 million.

In 2022, consolidated revenue and profit reached record highs since establishment, at more than VND 16 trillion and VND 4.6 trillion respectively. These results were achieved through proactive, flexible, and innovative business solutions, enabling PVCFC to seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve breakthrough growth.

These outstanding achievements demonstrate PVCFC’s comprehensive growth—not only in production and business capacity but also in fostering a culture of innovation among its employees, creating a strong foundation for creativity throughout the company.
