On the morning of September 16, 2025, the Party Committee of PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) solemnly attended the National Conference on Thoroughly Understanding and Implementing the Party’s Resolutions.

The conference, organized by the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat in both in-person and nationwide online formats, aimed to disseminate and implement four Resolutions issued by the Politburo.

The PVCFC Party Committee participated online at multiple locations: the Ho Chi Minh City Office, the Ca Mau Office, the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, and other affiliated units.

Specifically, the four Resolutions disseminated and implemented were:

• Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new context;
• Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045;
• Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of education and training; and
• Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough solutions to strengthen protection, care, and improvement of public health.

The conference was organized by the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat in a combined in-person and nationwide online format.

The conference was organized to thoroughly disseminate and strictly implement four Resolutions of the Politburo to central-level ministries, sectors, and agencies; provincial and municipal Party Committees; Party Committees under the Central Government; as well as Party organizations at all levels, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, and professionals working in the fields of foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and healthcare.

The PVCFC Party Committee solemnly attended the National Conference on Thoroughly Understanding and Implementing the Party’s Resolutions.

At the same time, it aims to raise awareness, responsibility, political will, self-discipline, and exemplary spirit among Party Committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies, institutions, cadres, Party members, and professionals working in the fields of foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and healthcare, in order to effectively implement the four Resolutions of the Politburo in accordance with the functions, duties, and practical conditions of each locality, agency, and unit.

The participation in this morning’s nationwide online conference demonstrates the close attention of the Party Committee to political and ideological work within the enterprise; it also affirms the determination to build a pure and strong Party organization, thereby guiding PVCFC’s stable and effective development in the new stage.

Throughout the past period, the entire Party Committee has continued to assert its role as the political nucleus of the enterprise, proactively aligning with the orientations of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, while promoting creativity and solidarity to excellently fulfill production and business targets. Each PVCFC Party member upholds a strong sense of responsibility and steadfastness, contributing to the Company’s sustainable growth, worthy of its status as a national fertilizer brand.

The conference was also an opportunity for PVCFC’s cadres and Party members to enhance their understanding of the need for comprehensive innovation in Party building in the new context; at the same time, it inspired a spirit of dedication and responsibility toward the enterprise and the community. With the motto “Discipline – Responsibility – Creativity – Development,” the PVCFC Party Committee reaffirms its commitment to accompanying the Group and the Energy–Industry sector, spreading the values of the Ca Mau Fertilizer brand, and making active contributions to national food security.
